The New Mexico Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds promotes the well-being of its members by promoting New Mexico as a destination for the RVing and camping public. The Association has no paid employees; the elected Chairperson and the Governing Board — all park owners in New Mexico — work to promote our state principally via the Internet, where we spend near all of our budget to purchase sponsored links on Google and Yahoo.

 

Our promotional strategy is based on the successful promotional strategies of Trailer Life and Woodalls: We list every RV park and campground in the state, including the public campgrounds; however, we give special,  full exposure only to association member parks and campgrounds.

 
Membership

Regular membership is open to all privately-held RV parks and campgrounds in New Mexico. (Click for information about our Associate Membership category.) By joining, regular members receive the following benefits:

  • A full listing in this website.

  • A full listing in the Association's download+print brochure.

  • Access to the members area of our website, which contains various documents, links, addresses, and so forth of interest to RV park and campground owners.

  • Inclusion in our electronic discussion list, where you may bring up any matter of concern. We also use the electronic list to carry on the official business of the Association, including voting.

Owners must accept the Association's by-laws (available by clicking here; use your 'back' button to return) and pay our yearly dues ($100 per year, flat rate). You may join us by filling out our on-line application below; once your presence is set up on our site, we will send you an invoice.

 

Naturally, you are also welcome to call or write the current Association Chairperson to inquire about membership!

The Association also has an Associate Membership category for businesses that provide support for the RVing and camping tourist (for example, camping supplies, sporting goods, RV sales, RV repair, all kinds of recreation). If you are interested in this category of membership, please contact us!
